Nearly two decades working across five continents - from Fortune 500 boardrooms to scaling startups, nonprofit leadership to C-suite executives. I've guided leaders through organizational transformation in financial services, technology, international development, and beyond.

My edge? I think like a strategist and execute like an operator. My early career years in advertising taught me to cut through complexity and communicate what truly matters. Now I apply that same precision to organizational development - helping leaders build capabilities that drive measurable impact.

I hold a CIPD Chartered Member designation and am pursuing CHRL designation (expected April 2026), Google Certified Innovator status, and LEGO Serious Play Facilitator certification. But what really matters is this: I've facilitated hundreds of transformations, and I know what makes change stick in the real world versus what looks good on paper.
